Smith & Mighty , Calton

1990 Video cut by Steve Haley for the single from Smith and Mighty featuring Carlton. They went on to complete a collaborative album for London Records, which sadly never properly saw the light of day. Like so much of the material submitted to London by Smith and Mighty, they didn't have a clue how to market what was then such innovative and ground breaking material. The video combined original New Orleans footage edited with shots from Bristol's early dance music scene. Carlton also sang on the first Massive Attack single 'Anylove'.
