Taylor Swift - Haunted (music video idea)

This is my music video idea for Taylor Swift's "Haunted" from her latest album Speak Now. The Deluxe Edition of the album features an acoustic version of the song.

Concept of the video:
Taylor's house has turned into a haunted house after she broke up with a guy. The house looks abandoned, condemned and destroyed. Everything looks grey and dark, but Taylor stands out with a deep red dress and lipstick.
She's walking around the house and it's full of memories, and the guy is also haunting the house.

Taylor appears in her own memories, she walks around the haunted house and she's performing with a band. At times, she sings in the memories and while walking around.

More details on the video:
At the beginning of the video, Taylor is hanging out with her friends. They're having fun, laughing, then she says she's going to visit her old house today. All her friends stop laughing and stare at her, and don't believe she's serious.
Song starts.
The house looks perfect on the outside, picket fence, nice garden, but on the inside the house is grey, ruined and abandoned.
Memory: Taylor and the guy are sitting on the couch, but they're very distant. She's trying to reach out to him, but he doesn't seem to care and acts like he doesn't have any emotions. There are two Taylors in this video. They could be considered "memory Taylor" and "singing Taylor".
Walking around: She is in the bathroom, looking in the mirror. She sees him in the mirror, but when she turns around he's gone. She turns back to the mirror and he's there again. Close shot of their faces next to each other. She looks startled, he grins.
When she leaves the bathroom, she sees a trail of red rose petals. She wants to follow them, but they disappear.
Memory: Back to the memory on the couch. The guy gets up and walks away from Taylor. Again, there are two Taylors in this scene.
Memory: After the break-up, Taylor dates a new guy. When they're on the couch, leaning in to kiss the new guy, she sees her ex staring at them.
Walking around: Taylor enters the backyard, which is still beautiful. She sits down at a table, but she doesn't know the guy is in the backyard as well. The grass he walks on and the plants he touches die. When she sees him, she runs inside.
When she gets inside, she sees a trail of rose petals again, but this time they don't disappear. She follows them upstairs, where she finds the guy waiting in a room with a single red rose. She reaches for the rose, but when she touches it it turns to ashes. Then, the guy fades away and Taylor's all alone in the room. She's singing loud because she's confused and frustrated.
She leaves the room, and there he is again in the hallway. He walks away, and she follows him. They enter the living room from the beginning again, where "memory Taylor" is still sitting on the couch. He sits down by her and they snuggle up together. Everything in the house starts to look like a normal house again. It's like nothing ever happened.

Why is the house abandoned and condemned?
The guy haunts the house and that's why Taylor left it. Everything he touches dies, turns grey, old. He's been everywhere in the house, but he hasn't been in the front yard. That's why it's still beautiful there. He hasn't been in the backyard before either, he only went there after Taylor went outside. That's why it's still beautiful at first and when he's walking somewhere/touching something, it dies.

She follows a trail of roses up to him. When she finally reaches him, she tries to take his rose, but it turns to ashes. Then, the guy fades
