@1truthfulman No stocker meant that the haters are being peed on but not actually.SARCASM.Like for an example they count how many people who disliked the song and say something like 55 people got peed on by R Kelly (not for real) SO yeah its just saying that the people who disliked the song are losers. THATS WHAT IT MEANS BY THAT WHEN SOMEONE SAYS THAT.
