Lastly, it would seem to me that your instantaneous defensiveness and derision at my curiosity regarding what you have based you opinion on typically signifies little knowledge regarding the subject of sword fighting. However, if you truly believe that you could execute such an attack, I would greatly appreciate the chance to experience it.

Yes it is easy to ascertain that shit is shit based on the smell but, for something as complex as fencing, and I know this because I am formally trained, you must know fencing to say the movements in an exchange look like fencing. Otherwise you are just talking out of your ass. Furthermore, I never disagreed with you. Elements of fencing do find there way into our style. The Free Flowing Sword seeks to encompass every technique that works, regardless of what style.

I took nothing you said personal. I have no reason to. I was just wondering about the validity of your comments. When someone says "in a real sword fight" and "flipped to your back with simple judo" it implies that they have some knowledge of what they are talking about. Again, I was just trying to get a reference as to the depth of your knowledge regarding the subject. I certainly don't need or seek validation from anyone, especially on Youtube...

@trifidus13 Actually you sound like you took something personal, and now you have to start some stupid charade on specs and defs, I based my comments on the video you displayed, it looked like fencing to me. Do i need to know about poop to know it smells like shit? So why must i know fencing to say you look like your fencing. Because i didn't tell you your badass (your not) or tell you your form was good (what form), i gave you honest critisismn and i guess it honestly hurt huh. try bowling.

In regards to fencing; How long have you been fencing?
In regards to judo; How long have you been in judo and how long have you spent judo flipping an opponent armed with a sword onto their back?
Just trying to get a reference as to what you are basing comments on.

@carnienatas and without the proper footing, in a real sword fight you would be flipped to your back with simple judo and stabbed easily standing upright like that.

looks like fencing with shenai's.
When are you coming to washington?

@TheSensiSamurai Trying for September. I'll be in Hawaii for the end of May beginning of June but Nagual and I hope to take a trip up north later in the year. We are both looking forward to meeting up with other sword fighters to ply our craft. I'll let you know when plans solidify.
