HS roller hockey - amazing Parkway South game tying goal

Parkway South's Kyle Sucher ties the game 4-4 with 2.4 seconds left, with a desperation slapshot, through traffic, from 120 feet away, that beats the buzzer.

Parkway South (wearing white) has its goalie pulled, trailing by a goal. There's about 10 seconds left when Sucher steals the puck in his own zone (saving an empty net goal)....

Turn the volume up so you can hear the parents after he scores. It's pretty funny.

Of all the highlights I've filmed, this might be the best. You never expect this kind of shot to go in, a last-gasp buzzer-beater from the other side of the red line. The reactions are priceless.

This happened to be Sucher's fourth goal of the game.

This goal forced overtime, but Francis Howell would win the game on a goal by Mike Russell ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g9eT9w5Z9VU ).

this wouldn't have happened as easily if the guy who had the puck in the first place kept some pressure and forechecked him instead the guy turned and started skating to his own end so the guy was able to get the shot off im not saying its not beast cuz it is but if the pressure was there it would have been hella hard to shoot that

it was 5 on 4 because the goalie was pulled, so the kid probably didn't make such a bad play going back to the middle...if he gets walked it's a 5-on-3 rush.

That goalie came to practice with our college team...you know, the one that finished second in the nation...and held his own. He's not a sieve at all.

The puck did glance off of the glove of the defenseman in front. I'm sure that's part of the reason it went in. But it was a bomb, for sure. It was shot from SO damn far away, you almost have to be at the rink looking at the spot to really appreciate what a nasty bomb it was.

okay im tired of people saying roller hockey is a pussy sport and its nothing compared to ice hockey. Yes, it is a lot softer and easier than ice hockey but its still a game for crying out loud. who cares if they celebrate like that, or deke around players easily... its still a sport
