@shinokiba You have to remember Israel needed the citizens to build the nation so it was in their interest to absorb as many Jewish citizens as possible. Also, the Jews were expelled from Arab nations as a result of a Jewish homeland being created in Palestine. I.e. If Israel was not created the expulsions would have never happened and there would have been no Jewish citizens to absorb. Why should Palestinians renounce they're right to live in Palestine by renouncing their nationality?

question. If Israel gave 850,000 Jews, who were expelled from Arab nations, a home and citizenship, why didn't the Arabs give the 750,000 Palestinians a home and citizenship.

Let's push the Jews into the sea. They tried and failed. But of the outcome of this war. The Jordanians won Jerusalem, and guess who became Palestinian overnight, you got it the Arabs who came from Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Egypt, Saudi Arabia. They took the star out of the Jordanian flag, and now it became a Palestinian flag. Wow isn't that amazing how Arabs can suddenly become something overnight, when they weren't even that the day before. AMAZING!!!!!!!!

You see the Arabs noticed how great the Jews had made the land. They said look at all of us, and how small of numbers they are. So during the 1930's the Arabs decided well we want the land, tough luck for the Jews who made this land. So they tried and of course they failed at taking the land. Know comes the good stuff. Israel's Declaration of Independence of 1948. This gets good watch. The day after this happened all the Arabs from the north, south, and east decided.
