Writer and designer Graham Hill asks: Can having less stuff, in less room, lead to more happiness? He makes the case for taking up less space, and lays out three rules for editing your life.
As an ex airline employee of 16 years, I've suffered from pay cut after pay cut, to pay freezes. I went from $80k/Yr as a aircraft mechanic to $20k/Yr as a hotel worker for one of the best hotel corporations in the world. I declared bankruptcy in 2005 and started over. I lost my brand new home and 2 cars. Now? I have three cars - all paid for and live in a 1000 sqft apt overlooking a golf course & lake for $580/mo. Living smaller, greener, I now have more - literally & spiritually. :) God Bless
