I'd love to, but i'm not really good at matchmoving and 3d. I think you will be able to find a lot better examples as well as tutorials on youtube.

first of all, you should use any matchmoving software - try using Boujou. Realy useful tool. You will be able to export 3d camera tracking data right to the 3ds max. And that will allow you to blend 3d models with 2d footage.
