Well needless to say I wasn't impressed with being referred to as "stupid" after trying to help his customer. This got a little ugly, went to PM's and E-mails and I figured it was best to just drop it and I did.

A year ago there was a discussion on EVOm about a companies part that had failed (not one of our parts). I went into this thread and offered the suggestion that the person contact the company as I was sure they would handle it as there were many revision made to this part that had failed. In response to that suggestion the company owner came into the thread and called us all "stupid" or something along those lines.
