I hate going to the gym to workout. Due to sitting at my computer all day I slowly gained weight to 300 pounds! Two months ago I began working out on my TRX Suspension Trainer at home and I am getting into the best shape of my life. It sets up in one minute and is the same equiptment used by the pros and trainers everywhere. I don't know if the TRX will work for you but what if it does?   • To increase the work out you need to lift your pelvis.

    This is just an active exercise for tigh muscles and isometric for abs
