  • Smash, I debated putting that in, I had grabbed the camera and shoved it between my legs to get the shot at the last minute, and found myself between gears approaching a stoplight which went green at the last minute. I do consider my clutchwork cruddy at best even so.

Reaper, I get 20-21 mpg on my commute loop, mostly highway in stop and go traffic.

Postersurf, maintenance is normal, but I had a BMW 3, so def. cheaper than that. Have 45K, gonna need brakes soon. Have winter and summer tires.

  • do you have upgraded headers or exhaust cause it sounds great

  • @LDAproductions22 That is bone stock, but I suspect it may be audio distortion on the camcorder, but I'll never know, I only hear it when I drive, and I'm the only on driving it. ;-)

  • Does your car have the Hemi tick? That's the only thing I'm worried about when I order my R/T.

  • My year old R/T is tick-free thankfully. My gearbox is a bit notchy and vibration-prone in 2nd and 3rd, though. Hella fun even still.

  • @dannyjn Not just the HP difference. Better breaks, suspension and more torque. Can break later, and turn in faster.

  • 0:31 where'd it go? 0:33 found it!!

  • @synchroman22 i personally wouldnt unless u can get an srt used with low miles for what ur willing to give for the r/t. ur just paying for the upgraded suspension handling and engine but if ur buyin new you can get the r/t track pack which upgrades all of that anyway except for the engine so it handles like the srt but with the r/t engine and superior mpgs. then take the remainder of what u would have spent and save it or give it some nasty upgrades and wake that beast up

  • @reaperflynn3 ive heard of quite a few ppl getting as much as 25 mpg or so with the r/t 6 spd. dont know much about the auto though. the auto dosent come with a gas guzzler tax but the 6 spd does if ur buyin new

  • @dannyjn the suspension and brakes are way way way better in an SRT. Thats where the difference comes in. But I traded that POS for an escalade yesterday so I really dont care.

  • @Rlnthndr 49-hp difference can come down to driver so no not necessarily.

  • @dannyjn until you get to a corner. My srt will win.

  • @GEARC7 best comment, keeping d spirits of d kid up. luv that.

  • wow he sure does love that clutch. can't keep his foot off of it.
