I have always enjoyed watching birds. Birds to me have always appeared mysteriously magical, because of their ability to fly. They are seemingly fragile, yet survive in the harshest of climates, and conditions of our planet. For me birds have gained an almost spiritual identity in my thinking. Birds like Angels, travel and share that space between Heaven, and Man.... What child of man has not wished that they had wings to fly, to soar closer to Heaven, Angels, and God. Was visiting my sisters family outside Chicago.Decided to take this c.d with me for the drive on Route 66 between Joliet and Pontiac.Had always liked ''Hootie'',and knew that Darius Rucker had made a ''country'' album.I must admit I was blown away by the music.This particular song stood out among all the good ones on this c.d.Darius has such a warm,and soulful voice.The man has ''class'' as an artist,and;seems to be a humble,and grateful person.
