i dont think they mind EFLC cutscenes or GTA 4 cause i seen some vids with cutscenes that have been up for months and haven't been deleted

Nah guys, for instance, if GTASV uploaded EFLC missions with all the cutscenes, he would probably lose his partnership. People who get away with it are lucky. I know a guy who had GTA IV vids with cutscenes, and a year later, YouTube deleted them all and he got 1 strike (3 strikes = account closed).

Rockstar Games still have rules against uploading cutscenes from EFLC. GTA IV is ok now, I think, but not EFLC.
