The only solution for a terrorists is to lock them up or kill them. You can't change them.

McVeigh was an American and had a right to a trial in this country. The Gitmo detainees are not and do not.

Maybe these other countries can try them and, if convicted, house them in their prisons.

Looks like Gestapo is alive and well.

"This is a limited program designed to prevent attacks on the USA -- and I repeat: limited." -George W. Bush ( 2006) Regarding NSA warrantless surveillance programs.

"The government will make use of these powers only insofar as they are essential for carrying out vitally necessary measures...The number of cases in which an internal necessity exists for having recourse to such a law is in itself a limited one." -Hitler (1933) Regarding THe Enabling Act.

Sick, i think it's your problem wich you caused, so you deal with it now. Set them free, there's no real charge or trial anyway. I think sticking to the same failed military commissions and making a new system of indefinite detention without charge, is not what we're looking for internationaly.
