Sorry to tell you guys but those lines on his wings are blood vessels that were filled to straighten the wings out, then dried and hardened. His wings will never heal, and he will never fly again. Poor guy ):

Wow, that's a nice video, what species of dragonfly do you think that is? I've never seen anything like that! I have a few dragonfly macro videos as well, my latest one is entited, "Djinn or Scepter?" and I don't what species it is.
Maybe this dragonfly had imperfect ecdysis? When they molt into dragonflies coming out of the streams sometimes the process doesn't go right and the insects will suffer malformations. This is a risk for all insects, and to a greater extent, arthropods.
