The Voice Of The Darkness

The Voice Talant of Mike Patton, features sound clips from the heart tearing game The Darkness. I know that some of the sound clips are missing, due to bad quaulity. After Playing the game so many time i decided i wanted the voice of the darkness but wasen't able to find sound cilps anywhere, so i played and recorded as many as i could. Hope you enjoy.

PS don't bother pointing out spelling mistakes, i alreay know but too lazy to corrent them.

I can't believe how they fucked up the sequel so atriociously. The new graphics utter shit and can't convey the same atmosphere as in the first game. And The Darkness sounded FAR more evil and darker in the first game. I don't know what they did with Mike's voice or if he wasn't 100% into it, but the sequel is the biggest disappointment ever. The first game still reigns supreme.

@bluprint79 amen to that dude they fucked it all up, i hate the wind waker graphics jackies voice, and the darkness does not sound right, i just hope the 3rd is more like the firstone

@bluprint79 i agree, it's like they didn't know how to make him sound right in the sequel. there was no story between jackie and the darkness was almost not there, mike patton had maybe 10 lines in the game and half of them were repeated throughout the game. (run away from the light, the siphon for jenny, protect the darkness) it's the same exact audio clips reused to. digital extremes failed big time

@bluprint79 I kind of like it,the graphics were to ressemble the comic style and yes it's not like the first but it's fun, my biggest issue is that the game is too short. But i hope they do it better in the third one (and hopefully with the original team)

This voice is easily the thing that made me fall in love with this game. I could get rid of the fun gameplay, gritty and cool graphics, and alright story. as long as I had this voice, I would still play it

This is the best clip i have witnessed on youtube so far. It is better than all my favourite songs put together. I am seriously sitting beside a girl crying right now. Mike Patton is the shit. The Darkness is the shit.

@bluprint79 Totally agreed, I mean, they even took away the free roam aspect in the game?! What the fuck? Do they realize how fun that was? Trying to navigate your way to the mission in your free time, and what the fuck with his hair? Now he looks like a gimp in a suit. They really messed up, infact, I would of even preferred a prequel, this piece of shit is just about how fast and well you can kill, not using strategy to defeat overwhelming odds, nope, and that emotion is gone, too
