"So the Son of Man is Lord even of the Sabbath.” Mark 2:28 The Sabbath is the true Lord's day! There is no biblical evidence of changing the Sabbath to Sunday. The prophet Daniel told us that in the latter days, a religious power will try to change the law. "He shall speak pompous words against the Most High, Shall persecute the saints of the Most High, And shall intend to change times and law..." Daniel 7:25 (NKJV) Read Revelation 12:17. Also read 1 John 2:3-5

@testyourfaith I don't see you having any biblical evidence either.

Is the Sabbath day still Friday sundown to Saturday sundown? Absolutely. However go back and study to see that this day, that is the Lord's day, was given to the Jews to keep. In fact the Jews sought to kill Paul and anyone else that taught differently. Even to this day those that teach the full gospel will be persuecuted by those desirous of the Law and of the esteem of Moses. Yeshua was higher and Moses looked for His day. Seek Yeshua - Jesus- and do not be lured into a trap.

We observe every day as God's day for doing the purposes of our Lord. Can we observe a special day for worshiping God. Absolutely! Did the holy apostles install that day. Yes, it is the first day of the week. Did they keep the Sabbath. Most assuredly. They were Jews and could not break this covenant, this sacred teaching and still be in faith. For whatever is not of faith is sin. If you believe you must keep the Sabbath then do so. Do no injury to your faith or conscience.
Are you to say that we do not have to follow the laws that were written in stone by the finger of God, which to be written in our hearts as well.
Are we above the law of God.
Does the bible teach to forget His Law? Absolutely NOT

matt. 24:20 - Why then did jesus instruct his disciples to pray that their flight be not on the sabbath if we didnt have to keep it anymore? The ONLY thing jesus told us to do in remembrance of him was to eat of his flesh and drink of his blood in symbolism in communion!!!!Therefore who told us to keep in remembrance his resurrection,God or Man??
