Challenge: ICIs Human Resources department wanted to experiment with online learning as early as 1998. Therefore, they decided to cover conceptual courses through an online infrastructure.
Solution: We developed a set of four courses which were deployed on the Companys Intranet. We used Lotus Notes to update MIS data across the organization.
The User was required to login into the system so that bookmarks and backend MIS could be recorded. The course was designed such that first, learners went through conceptual information. Then, they went through live scenarios which elicited their response. At the end of the course, the users could compare their response with that of an expert.
