It is the "photoshop artist" who is at fault here:stealing others images and manipulating them without credit or consent of the original photographer.

The original photographers should be pursuing the"photoshop artist" with legal action.

I didn't ask for anything, and you'd know it if you'd read. You might as well be against her too! In fact, more so! Because when I post my photoshopped images, not only do I say the images are not mine (not the base ones nor Morrissey's), but also I say they are made just for silly fun and I credit the original source when I know it. Flickr detects them automatically thank God. What I NEVER do is say "I took them". I only say I did what I indeed have done.
