That's a very unfortunate assumption. Calling her a "psycho b****?" Really unfair. Maybe she just worked very hard to get to where she is. Not only do I think that is much more fair instead of immediately assuming the worst about her like you've done, it should be obvious that she busted her own ass to get where she is now and was chosen because of her incredible work ethic and knowledge of the product. ;)
