Much respect for Alex giving such a powerful and energetic performance, will not be easy when you are dependant on an inhalator. My husband has to use one too when he is short of breath. Can be quite terrifying when he hasn't got his inhalator nearby. Feels then like he is taking air through a tiny straw he says and his chest hurts so much then.
I can't believe he is such a good singer and performer with such a condition.

sometimes people use ventoline just because they're tired and a little bit breathless (afterwards an effort for example). It helps them to continue they're effort
