Greece met expectations with their 86-54 victory over the reserve team of Bulgaria. Negative impression by some monkeys wearing red and yellow, who continuously insulted the greek team and the greek national anthem, showing that they went to the stadium for any other reason than supporting their born-loser "national" team.
They should at least fight for an elementary education level in their country hoping to learn the basics about world history and civilisation. But first of all they really need to find a name for their little state.

Eurobasket in Poland - Premiere Game: Hellas - FYROM 86-54
The fresh Hellenic NT and the real Macedonians thrashed the FYROM NT with 32 points difference. Vassilis Spanoulis (193-G-82) and Giannis Bourousis (212-C-83) with Sofoklis Schortsanitis (206-C-85) were magnificent in the first half where the Hellenic NT played good defense and let the FYROM player in just 28 points. On the other hand, the Hellenes were very good in offence too so the difference went up to the 28 points with a double score (28-56)
The premiere of Jonas Kazlauskas new NT had no problems even in the third quarter to increase the difference to 32 points 69-37, with Nick Kalathis (198-G-89, college: Florida) giving some amazing assists mainly to Sofoklis Schortsianitis and Kosta Koufos (213-F/C-89, college: Ohio St.), while Perperoglou played also very well. On the other hand Massey scored just 2 points in compare to the 9 scored in the first half. The FYROM players were playing very bad and they had really bad percentages from the parameter and especially from the three pointers who had 0/9 in this quarter.
The 4th quarter was a typical case for the Hellenic NT and coach Jonas Kazlauskas simply used all his players as 6.55 before the end of the game, Kostas Kaimakoglou (206-C/F-83) and Glyniadakis entered in the court. Vassilis Spanoulis and Giannis Kalambokis (195-G-78) played quite some minutes with three centers and it was obvious that Kazlaouskas was doing some experiments for the next game against the strong and very difficult team of Croatia. FYROM players had 4/24 three pointers and they were keep shooting without second thoughts with 4.24 minutes before the end and with the score being to 47-79. Pero Antic scored a couple of baskets to cut the deficit to 28, 51-79, before the steal and the lay-up of Vassilis Spanoulis.
Mirakofski scored the first three pointer to fulfill a 5/26 three pointers for the Skopje players. Glyniadakis scored his second basket against Antic and Kostas Kaimakoglou scored his first official three points with the jersey of the Hellenic NT as he is one of six rookies of the Hellenic NT. Vassilis Spanoulis was the top scorer with 17 points followed by Giannis Bourousis and Sofoklis Schortsianitis with 11 points per head, followed. The final 86-54 was 100% fair as the two teams have nothing in common. The record is now 1-0 for Hellas and 0-1 for Skopje. Kazlaouskas used all his 12 players with the 11 players scoring and only the captain Antonis Fotsis couldnt score, (he only played 11 minutes) as the Lithuanian head coach used various shapes and really made many different tactics which will be used in the other phases of the tournament. FYROM is a very low strength NT and it is not certain whether they will be able to play for a position more than the 12th-16th.
