i first saw this trailer on the VHS version of Vampire hunter D. and still to this day. this is the most random trailer i have ever seen.

The art and animation in this was beautiful. Great atmosphere. Too bad the story was rushed to shit.

A pretty awesome supernatural/cyber punk/dystopian anime. But trust me, the manga version (which came first) is a complete mess. Don't waste your time with it. It's surprising they would have even based a film on it. They would have been better off ditching the source material and spending the budget from this film creating something completely unique.
