honestly i do not care if another person has used the same footage: it is a lovely piece and a fitting song. so cudose to the original maker and you have a great ear and imagination.

You don't seem to understand that it's not copyright infringement when they do not claim ownership over the anime or music, simply the work put into directing the two to work together to create a new experience for the person who watches it. I'm sorry you refuse to open your mind to that.

Point blank; cutting and pasting a fuckin video and song together is not thier WORK! it is the creators of this anime and writers of the song. they call that "Copyright INFRINGMENT"..There is nothing to argue about because the creativity involved was niether original or their own work.

If you mute your computer then everything you see was done (i.e. EDITED) by someone else, not the person who posted it with a different song and is taking credit for it. Someone ELSE spent hours upon hours doing these edits and synching it to their own choice of music which happened to be a song by Evanescence. It's disgraceful.

Omg...that is so sad! Im glad you didnt show the part when Utena grabs Anthy's hand but then Anthy falls and Utena couldnt save her. If you would have shown the clip...i would have cried. Wonderful AMV 5/5
