@Dodec84 Let's not forget that in the real old version there was a kind of a sexual connotation, since the girl had to go naked with the wolf O_O'. That's why we hear that the wolf "ate" the girl. It looks that this story was a warning for girls to not give attention to strange guys.

@GivingOutTheSecrets yes, as a kid i also knew only the happy one. but the version from centuries ago is much more sinistre.

@stairway2000 the original story didn't even had a hunter at the end ... the wolf ate little red ridinghood. THE END. there was no happy ending. (see wikipedia for the dark background story of this tale)
