I have several SW radios and for the life of me I can't find any numbers stations! Maybe it's because I live in Brooklyn:-(

I have 100's of recordings of stuff like this.
It's classified military code. It sounds like Spanish to me. Probably from Cuba to their agents in Europe. Shortwave broadcasted number sequences are matched to a coded card on the receiving end and a message is deciphered. Many countries use this technique. Many countries also use letters and even musical tones that can be played into a receiver that deciphers codes from the notes.
During the Cold War, the SW freq's were full of this stuff.. : )

i listened, its a english brodcaster on my end. yours might be a jammer...

@vinylloung You're hearing Radio Havanna (cuba) on 5898KHz aswell, the cuban spy network is thought to use the radio havanna transmitter, if you listen to the frequency around 8:00 UTC, you will hear the numbers broadcast
