When i feel caught up in my own body, i go outside onto the big field near my house and hav my i pod in and i run, jump and spin on the field and it just helps me to express myself and feel free. i no that sounds crazy but it helps relieve stress. just though i'd mention it because of what you sed about your enigma video. luv all your vidoes. keep being inspired xxx
