Yo I'm from Germany and I started doing Streetart 3 Years ago

I've two questions:

first one: who's the artist of these big colorful letters at 2:30

Second one: where and what's that big building at 5:30

@v7plane1965 i forgot the name of the artist who did the big bold letters, but the building is Tate Modern, an art museum here in the UK... the art changes on the building every year or so
