@ilovestareon In my hives (Apis mellifera) the larva hatch at 3 days and are fed and grow for about 5 days before they make a cocoon, emerging after 21 days. So that is 18 days between hatching and emerging as adults.

@AllRightRotten there isn't much of a lava stage. most bees are immediately an adult when they emerge from an egg
