I know I didn't read through all the comments, so this could have already been addressed but I was pretty sure you are supposed to "adopt" a mustang in this program. From what I've heard from the BLM and Mustang Heritage Foundation, saying "selling" gives off the wrong idea and people think it's all for the money, and the whole point of adopting and gentling a mustang is for the horses sake. Thank you so much for focusing on the solutions that get us somewhere!!!!

Fantastic video. I truly appreciated the commentary, I hate when people do these things and beginners think it's a great new idea without knowing how or why. Huge kudos on what an amazing job you've done with him!

Because we helped to provide him with a great future in a happy home. It is our drive and reason for doing what we do with all our horses!
Thanks for watching. :)

"MaxD3" -I didn't address your original question...Yes, we did train him. We actually don't use him much as a riding horse, just more as a pet.We really put him through our typically training program mainly to help him out as he was quite fearful and not very trusting.Since going through our program he is more trusting, confident & calm. He has helped him tremendously and that was the plan! He is, of course, a wonderful horse and is quite fun! Thank you for your comment and watching his video!

Diesel had been under saddle prior to us getting him. It was obvious he had not been treated right, however. We brought him into our program a few months ago. He is VERY smart and very sweet, although somewhat aloof. We have trained many Mustangs, although the first that had been under saddle prior to coming to us. We actually had alot more to "fix" on him than we typically do. Someone had been quite rough with him in the past. He may truly be the best horse I have ever had, however! ~HLR~
