Poi was introduced to me in early 2010 and I made my first set of poi in July of 2010. Since then I have been enthralled with poi as a hobby, meditation, and even a workout. It has lead me to personal growth in many areas, as well as meeting so many new and amazing people and being introduced to another community I did not once know existed. Thank you poi, flow, fire and all the people that came with it.
Some of the footage was part of a cross country road trip that my loving girlfriend and I had taken, hence the state names. With that and everything else I shot from that point on I had so much footage to go through! It took a while and finally, here is the finished product. Enjoy the video!

I Totally agree about poi as meditation tool , and as work out too.
Congratulations for the video It amazes all you can reach in a year of practice , you've inspired me... I must inmediatly go to practice !
