[Tutorial] How to get Paint Tool SAI free

im sorry but I cannot upload the file onto a new website. I currently have no internet (using my phone right now) and I do not know when ill be getting it. :(

Alot of people were having troubles so i made this to show you how i did it.

Some people say they do not have a .exe file. That's okay. As long as you have the app file.
Open the app file and find the sai application ad create a shortcut to it.
