You know if you load up on too much Vitamin C your body may over-absorb iron, leaving you lethargic, or suffering from diarrhea, etc. Vitamin C is a free radical. 1mg a day is plenty according to most studies. Even the Vitamin C Foundation doesn't recommend more than 3g per day, unless sick. Don't give out advice like this if you don't know what you are talking about.

7 Things you can do to get Universal health care in 2008.
Take 2 grams of vitamin C hourly.
Take responsibility for your own health care by doing things that will prevent cancer, colds & heart disease. Ask not....
2. Organize a local health care working group by calling me at 415 368 -8581.
3. Become an advocate for prevention. Write a leaflet & hand them out daily.

Insurance companies are orgranized theft. Back in 1987, a man who needed a lifesaving operation had his claim denied. His claim was turned down because it would save the insurance company money. That's SICK,
