No. If you had the GBA e-reader then you could use cards to access new parts in the game.

ROGER, go buy a GBA and an E-Reader and somehow track down the Super Mario Advance 4 cards.

I take you selected the e-reader work and you don't have any level right? if that's so then is because you need to find a save game with the e-reader levels already saved for it.

that's right, they lead to other items except for the normal exit, that one leads to the normal exit any mario 3 normal level has :)
