yeah seriously any WRX before this generation looks like a ricer every 16yr old begs his mommy for, just after watching the fast and the furious...[sigh] now the wrx is a way more mature car.. maybe people will realize that things can still be fast without that ridiculous 6ft tall wing on the back

I actually like that fact that the typical Subaru person doesn't like the new models because those are the people that make me ashamed of owning one. Look at the used market for these cars, they are all riced out, lowered, and Teeny bopper looking. Not to mention a huge percentage of them have marked titles. I'm glad Subaru redesigned these,08+ are the best they've looked in the entire life cycle of the car.

the 2008 WRX was a failure. Subaru recovered nicely with the introduction of the 2011s.
