im sorry, i dont even have boobies yet cuz im like 10....and my chest hurts just imagining that...i would rather do a 3 day walk than do that! NO!!! I DONT WANT IT!!! my mom is lucky cuz she has A boobies! she said she didnt feel a thing! THING! so i thought they were ok but now im scared and now i want boobies like hers.....I DONT WANT BIG BOOBIES!

Were your breasts sore afterward and if so for how long? Just curious and thankful they don't do anything like that to our testicles or penii. Take care.

SO sorry your tech didn't tell you what to expect and what she was doing and why. I know for my patients it makes a big difference to know some of the why's. Next time any of you go in, ask the tech to tell you what we're doing and why,
Remember, every country that has introduced screening mammograms has seen death from breast cancer drop by 30%! Huge decrease.!

I do commiserate on it not being pleasant, but...
Gosh, your doctor didn't give you a hug or anything??? My proctologist and urologists always shove their fingers up me and root around and squeeze unsqueezables, but then they give me big snuggles afterwards... We sit and cuddle until I feel all warm and fuzzy-loved again...
For pete's sake, it's a medical procedure -- it's not SUPPOSED to be wonderful! I'm not sure advanced notice helps enduring these things...
