@triweeklyllama Martina Navratilova was vegan throughout her career. Sister one more grand slams than any other human. She won Wimbledon at 50 years old! Compare this to the 3 or 4 year pro "careers" most women tennis players have today.
Oh, the Williams sisters are now seeing the light and eating healthy life-giving food (ie vegan) now!

thnx for the video its very informative! How do u workout and can u give examples of what u eat in a day? I'm a vegan too and i find it hard losing weight and gaining muscles.
