I'd love a t-shirt that just said "things just seem to happen to people who don't drink Wilkins coffee" with a picture of Wilkins having someone threaten Wotkins with a gun. Ya See! for some reason violence has actually sold me to a brand that doesn't even exist anymore! Maybe its just because they're muppets. These commercials are hilarious!

I remember the Kraml commercials, too. But I can't find any of them listed online. These all seemed familiar, but I didn't remember Watkins Coffee.

I'd wager to guess people thought the same thing about this back when it aired as we do now... people never really change.

I'm loving this ad strategy: "Hey, let's threaten these fuckers until they buy our coffee!"

The strange thing is that's pretty much what advertising is...these commercials just took it literally.
