The sound track for this video came from Hawaii - However, the pictures I am using are from a friend's trip to Tonga where it is legal to swim with humpback whales. In Hawaii it is illegal to swim with whales and a HUGE fine ($20-25,000) This is not the case. Thank You Staci - Whale Communicators
