an upcoming Philippine drama produced by GMA Network. This is the indirect sequel of the 1997 hit soap opera starring Angelu de Leon and Bobby Andrews with Gladys Reyes. Jennylyn Mercado, Mark Herras, and Pauleen Luna are starred in the sequel.

"Eliza Montemayor (Jennylyn Mercado) is a music teacher whose life changes with the death of her mother. With her demise, Eliza is forced to live with her father's legitimate family, which include her half-sister, Sofia Montemayor (Pauleen Luna). Despite being raised apart from each other, Eliza and Sofia get along quite unexpectedly, and they quickly become close. But their closeness is cut short when they realize sharing the same father is not the only thing they have in common... they are also in love with the same man -- Michael Olivarez (Mark Herras). Few years back, Michael had met and fallen in love with Eliza while vacationing in the province, oblivious to the fact that Eliza and his fiancee Sofia are actually sisters. But because of the schemes of Don Ramon Olivarez (Tony Mabbesa), Michael's grandfather,the two are forcibly separated and Michael is tricked into keeping his engagement with Sofia. But now that their paths cross once more, Michael will not let go of Eliza again. Michael asks Eliza to run away with him prompting Gener (Tirso Cruz III)to marry off his daughter to Michael. Sofia angered by her father's decision, hatches a plot to sabotage Michael and Eliza's happy ending. Sofia conspires with Eliza's doctor Dave (Arthur Solinap), to make her sister believe that she has an illness similar to her mother's. An illness that wouldn't only waste her body, but her relationships with everyone she loves as well. And so Eliza decides to leave, to make it easy for everyone when she eventually dies. But what happens when Eliza discovers that she doesn't have illness? What happens when she finds out that she was duped by her own sister to leave the man she loves? Can Eliza return to the life, and the man she loves that she had already left twice before?"

tama ka , ginagawang tang a yung mga manonod. natalbugan nayung bida sa story. lagi nalang nakakagawa ng kawalnghiyaan ng walang nakakaalam. . tanga ang writer at director niyan. paulit ulit ang daming kakampi ng kotrabida hindi na natapos. sorry po ha nakakainis na kasi ang story.ang dami ng naiinis .

Nah. It's a matter of taste. I personally think that she's extremely beautiful and I envy her. But I do agree that it was very stupid of them to extend the story.
