  • leaving a fish on the mat, whilst you played another, let alone in that heat , whilst someone was filming you, fish covered or not is just bad angling.... no excuses... i wonder how well that would have gone down on conningbrook, dintons, savay, or anyother high profile English water ? not too well i'd guess ! couldn't the cameraman have stopped filming and cradled the fish in the edge until things were sorted.....

  • Terrible angling skills pete!!! You should off sacked the carp then played the grass carp, tut tut not good castle

  • @cadinalrule Yeah that was terrible, should know better.

  • Pete is a good angler...What would YOU have done were you in his position at that moment..!! He did ok,,,the fish got sorted and he got the other one in safely..

  • leaving it out for over 10 mins is wrong covered or not, anyone who thinks this is good fish care is a prick like him, take away his rod licence

  • Hmmmm.... trying to think of a justification for leaving it, and can't. Hopefully it was kept wet by camera assistant,

  • @cadinalrule Completely correct mate, if it was on Yately all the boys would have had him.
