@melindaINT Regarding the information about the low dosage of 10 and 20 mgs I read it on the rotren leaflet and if you google accutane on wikipedia you can read the same thing unfortunately. So far my face is doing great. This is my 5th month, still on 30 mgs as my dermatologist is afraid to increase my dosage. I hope it works for the both of us. :-)

Hey! So basically you will be taking 20 mgs at first and then 40 mgs? They say that the lower the dosage is the higher the possibilities are for the acne to come back. Will you be increasing your dosage? I'm 48 kilos, I have started with 20 mgs and for the second and third month I'm taking 30 mgs.

@elenaki2007 Hello! =) My dosage will increase to 40 mgs on the 1st of May. I started taking it on Feb 2 2011 so it's almost been a month since I've taking roaccutane. I'm not too sure if what your saying is right or not. Did you hear that from someone who has experienced it personally or from the dermatologist because everyone takes different doses depending on their body. A friend of mine had to take it for a year to clear the acne. I only need to take it for 5 months.

@melindaINT p.s The next time you visit your dermatologist again make sure you ask them these questions because they know more about it than I do. I hope this helps :D
