how i make my char to learn an instrument????

You don't need to make them learn an instrument. You can only get better at playing them by having higher Creativity skill built by playing instruments, painting, writing novels, etc.

Why does it look more fun in here, but more boring when you play it? Why can't I get more people to come to my parties, or when I go to a club, the aren't any people? Just the bartender.
