Founded in 1925, the lovely park-like grounds are meticulously landscaped and situated on over 375 acres.

One highlight of Restland Cemetery is the Restland Abbey Mausoleum and Chapel, the largest structure on the property. Built in 1925, this stunning chapel offers a beautiful place for memorial services and seats 65.

In addition to the Abbey, Restland is also home to the charming, rustic Wildwood Chapel, as well as the Chapel Gardens Mausoleum. The Whispering Waters Mausoleum and Gardens provide the perfect place for quiet reflection, with stunning landscaping and a self-contained waterway.

Situated north of downtown Dallas, Restland provides a final resting place in an area of the country known for it's "can do" attitude. Founded in 1841 by John Neely Bryan, city of Dallas was initially a trading outpost containing 640 acres.

Over the next decades, up sprouted a teeming metropolis built on the determination and spirit of the early settlers. Known as a hub of oil trade, business, arts, culture and sports, today's Dallas pays tribute to the hard work of those first pioneers.

Easy to locate in the city off of I-635, the property also contains the Restland Funeral Home. Built in 1957, the 30,000 square foot, full-service facility is proud to assist families as needed.

  • At Stewart Enterprises you are trained to overt/dismiss questions so you don't lose money in a sell. Even in death companies will train you to get the most money you can out of a family. YES, bugs will get into the coffin.

  • I don't know why some mausoleum crypts use bronze mname plates instead of engraving the names in marble. i have a crypt and they do the same thing there, I hope they don't plan of removing the entombed deceased from their crypts 100 years from now and re use the crypt, I hope this isn't why they don't engrave people's names of the crypt, I doubt the bronze name plates will last 100s of years
