Harley Johnstone, AKA Durianrider, discusses how he was able to increase his VO2 max without any stimulants, drugs, or the like. He did it all naturally through making lifestyle changes and following an 80/10/10 raw vegan diet.

@smurfieboo Cheers for the reply, nah no nutbag but i'll look into one. I've been loving the ricemilk since i started this diet and was mainly wondering if it is a healthy option? I always go for non gm. What about soy? Would most of this come from gm soy beans? I will grab some almond milk next time i'm at the shops. Thanks again for the reply.

They are all good choices! As a newbie I'd go for almond milk as it tastes more like diary than soy and is really nice with cereal or in a smoothie. Do you have a nutbag to make your own? It's really easy. Just soak the nuts for 12 hours then rinse and drain well. Put in a blender with water and mix before straining the bag for yummy cowpuss-free milk.
