Ted Gunderson doesn't have the authority to arrest or prosecute anyone for anything during the taping of this tv show in 1987 He was RETIRED from the FBI and Law enforecement since 1978. He was answering Col Aquino's question about how satanic cult members rarley get investigated or arrested for these crimes.Ted is 100% right it is far too diffucult to infiltrate an organiaztion, biker gang, cult, beacuse indoctrination into these groups involve commiting a crime usually murder.
