this rendition is brilliant. and the drum fill that the guy playing drums plays on the second break is CRAZYY. i wish black would've won he was soo much more creative and original than jordin.

No it isn't. Bon Jovi has had an amazing career with some great songs, this being one of them, but he just put his own spin and his own style on it. Of course nothing will compare to the original, but it was a nice twist on the song that was thoroughly entertaining. Not as good as the original, but entertaining none the less. And that was his job on American Idol, to entertain.

What he's doing is putting the song in his style. He could either do that or sing songs that are already in his style.

Since it was Bon Jovi week, he did Bon Jovi in his own style.

Chris Daughtry did the same thing: if there was a song that wasn't in his style, he'd make it his style so it would sound cool.

This was the most fantastic preformance in the history of American idol pula loved it and i can't belive she is leaving american idol so sad
