@Assault912.....The reason the president is still alive because only in the Empire campaign is he an Andriod spy. In all the others(campaigns), he has never been captured/killed by the Empire and replaced, so he is a regular human.
For timeline history; since they went back in time to before the Statue of Liberty was destroyed, the Soviets never built up a invasion force to attack America and destroy the Statue.

I think that they shoulda given the Sickle Gatling Guns, put the Tesla Tank in with the Soviet's standard Arsenal, and made the Bullfrog a Docks-only unit.

I play through it a few times until I get a general feel for it. I don't think anybody wants to watch me schlepping around too much. I try to go from point A to point B.
