Thanks for reading this if you do. I think I have a torn meniscus. It's nothing serious, but it's affecting my training and especially my cuts/route running. I don't want to have to take time off... do you have any recommendations for knee re-hab/pre-hab?

@douker Whats happenin man? Apologize for the delay, lots of work lately. If your anything like me then time offs prob the last thing you ever wanna hear but if you def have a tear then some rest might not be worst idea bc to be honest what good is all the hard work if ya can't do what your capable of. I'm far from a doctor but I'd say tons of ice and for my own knee pre-hab exercises I'm big on band work, bosu ball, and air disc stuff. But right now your in the RE-hab stage so be real careful

i've used your video for the past 2 month as a guide to better my rout running and i thank you, any suggestions on how to bulk up? im 6'1 169lbs

Respond to this video...And have him thinking about a number of different ways you can beat him instead of just one or two. About bulking up man, you have to eat to grow. Eat until your full and then eat again. Also, the weight room is super important so at least 2 days of upper body and 2 of lower a week. Hope this helps a little.
