*Fans* of mine thought my song "They Say" would be the perfect anthem for Ms Edie's Fashion Show so a friend put this video together! I think at times she was bald like me...and maybe I'm a bit crazy...I mean eccentric...like her ;-) This is my first time posting my music to the web...let me know what you think! More to come!!!!

I was just wondering 2 things. Where are the pictures from that I didn't see in the documentary?

AND where Little Edie is wearing the leather coat, is that her hair in the back, or a wig or what?

It is just soooo sad that little Edie ws found passed away in her place all alone. She had been there for 5,yes 5, days before anyone found her:(:( A concerned fan was actually the one that kept trying to reach her and couldn't so that is how anyone even knew to go into her place to see where she was. to think that she was with her mother for all those yrs and then she died alone, I dont know why that bothers me so much, it just doesnt seem right. Big Edie had people w/ her when she passed.

For how long was she living in Florida? She died back at Grey Gardens. I find it disgusting that after the doc. she could die totally alone. People say more acceptance of eccentric, non mainstream now but I actually think the world is becoming more and more conformist. I have a really hard time as I hate fitting in!

@Lor3tta1 if you mean the clip where she spins in the long leather coat, it would appear to be a white/grey scarf fringe hanging in the back. If you look you see what appears to be part of the same scarf in the front of the jacket

In 1998 we moved to Florida for two weeks, and Edie was my neighbor; Vilma and Edie clicked instantly, and I shall never forget our watching her from the balcony as she swam with the energy of young person, and she was the only individual that made me hesitate when it came to leaving Florida; they should have let her marry the Obolensky boy; she said he was the love of her life. Like Vilma she was given to tears and laughter equally.
